DP&L Travel Management are proud to have been able to help with last minute travel for a client who was to attend a fund raising event for a member of his family and popular school teacher at Madras College who earlier had been diagnosed with motor neurone disease. DP&L Travel Management worked past the usual office hours finding a very last minute flight at a very reduced rate to help bring together the family and friends momentous day. The fund raising event, a 5km run, organised by a Fife schoolgirl raised more than £15,000. Proceeds will be donated to Edinburgh University’s Anne Rowling Clinic, which carries out research into neurodegenerative diseases, and will also help the popular teacher with his care and purchase specialist equipment.
