Loganair routes move to new home at Heathrow!

Loganair is delighted to announce that its existing routes from City of Derry, Dundee, Kirkwall and Sumburgh to London will be moving to our new home in London from 6 May – at Heathrow’s Terminal Two

Our City of Derry flights will move from London Stansted and our Dundee services (with onward links to Orkney and Shetland) will be moving from London City.  Our arrival at London Heathrow – from where we already serve the Isle of Man – will open up a wide range of new connections for our customers via Loganair’s growing range of codeshare and interline links with other airlines including British Airways.

It will become possible to connect from City of Derry via Heathrow to 119 new destinations in 57 countries, and from Dundee via Heathrow to 97 new destinations in 45 countries.

For those customers flying with us to and from central London, the opening of the new Elizabeth Line has transformed the speed and cost of surface access between Heathrow and the City.   Six trains an hour run between Heathrow and key London points such as Farringdon and Bond Street – at TFL Underground prices – and for those used to landing at Stansted, you can now reach Liverpool Street faster, and at lower ticket cost, via Heathrow.    The Heathrow Express and Piccadilly Line options are available too at Heathrow, as before.

These new London Heathrow flights are now available for sale.  We have also increased the number of flights between City of Derry and London – now offering three flights in each direction every weekday year-round, whereas our third flight operated only on peak days during the summer season at Stansted.
